This is great to know that the animals are being raised in healthy conditions. I also like that the cotton trailers were recycled to turn them into chicken trailers. Very creative and inexpensive way to build a farm and have the animals roam freely and happily. I'm sure other farmers or people who are considering farming will be inspired by this. Someone else mentioned the book "Omnivore's Dilemma" to me this past Saturday and it's mentioned a lot in "green" circles. I have to read it.
